Stef founded Business Elements in Namibia in 2018. She has a Bachelor degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Masters degree in Conflict Management and Resolution. Stef is an accredited Mediator (NMAS) and is also currently working towards her accreditation as Conflict Coach (REAL Conflict Coach accreditation).
Stef travelled and worked all over the world, experiencing different cultures, different business industries, and has over 10 years experience in Organisational Psychology, Organisational and HR Development and training as well as problem solving and conflict management and resolution.
During the Covid pandemic when most schools and companies closed down temporarily, Stef had to homeschool her children and decided to engage in online English teaching to assist where she could. She completed her qualification as TEFL/TESOL English teacher (Common European Framework levels/ACTDEC accredited) and assisted clients with German to English interpretations, as German is her home language. This remains a skill for when needed.
Stef's biggest passion is working with people, problem and conflict management/resolution and assisting with challenges and changes. She always made it a priority to understand different personalities, behaviours, cultures, how/why people communicate, form connections and deal with pressure, stress and conflict differently. Stef also believes that acknowledging the different learning skills are an important element, not only in schools with pupils, but also in a work place when work is being delegated and meetings are being held. She has experience with in Team Management Psychometric Profile Assessments, as well as Myers Briggs Persaonality Type Assessments.
Stef offers executive organisational development, coaching, conflict coaching, mediation and strives towards being the change that has a positive impact. Undercover Customer Services analysis, followed by Customer Services training, is a great way to improve standards professionalism. Even administration systems need to be kept at a consistently high standard.

We would like to thank Stefanie and her team for the training provided to BDO Walvis Bay staff during November 2019. We attended the Customer Services, Administration and Leadership & Management training sessions.
We enjoyed the training and learned a lot from the sessions. The atmosphere was highly energetic and created an uplifting spirit in the office after such a long hard year. There was no room for any boredom. Stefanie knows exactly how to keep the team interested, even at 16:00 in the afternoon!

Our mission is to have a positive influence in our world and there is no better way to start this than by being the change that we want to see around us. Any positive influence in our world starts with ourselves.
We believe that improvements, innovations and positive changes always start with positive beliefs, which turn into positive thoughts, that become positive words, followed by positive behaviour, and actions. Positive actions become positive habits, which are followed by positive values. Happiness is a choice, but positivity is a skill and requires awareness, training and practice.
Our vision is to change weaknesses within your company into strengths by providing your team with organisational development, leadership and skill development, customer services training, communication skills training, HR and recruitment training, as well as conflict management/resolution skill development.
We also offer conflict management and resolution services such as mediation, group facilitation, and conflict coaching for problems and conflicts that you are struggling to manage or resolve yourself.
